Breaking News: Why So Serious?
Dateline - New York, NY January 22, 2008
In a developing story, actor Heath Ledger has been found dead in his New York apartment. NYPD Officers initially believed the cause of death to be a drug overdose, but only moments ago revealed the official cause.
"We have established the cause of death to be multiple blunt traumas to the head," explained NYPD coroner Jonathan Crane, "These traumas were inflicted by an intruder in the residence. That is all I have at this time."
In documents obtained by WNN, the intruder is described as being one Christian Bale, age 33. It is believed Bale entered the residence through the bedroom window dressed in a black suit and cape. Neighbors then heard a struggle insue, many claiming to have heard Ledger scream, "filming is over, what are you doing?"
Calls placed to Bale's registered phone number appear to have been rerouted to one "Wayne Enterprises", and we have not received comment at this time.
